The electrical detector at the loop points is not visible - is it under the wooden cover?

The hand points in the siding are not electrically detected. Compare this with the southern end of the siding where the hand points are detected.

The detector rods at the loop points are combined by a scalebeam. There is a single connection to the electrical detector (not visible). At some locations both switches are individually detected.

The loop to siding points at the north end of Woburn are operated by a switchlock. The loop is fitted with trap points and a points indicator. Looking south towards Woburn Station.
